
Morbid, but true…a message to all girls who think anorexia/bulimia/any other form of eating disorder is the way to go. It’s SO dangerous. Exercising and watching what you eat is how you should go about things. That also doesn’t mean eat a few carrots in the morning and then starve yourself till dinner. Eat three healthy meals a day, preferably the bigger meal at lunch so your body has time to digest it. If you fall off the wagon and eat something fattening, well it happens to everyone. Don’t punish your body by not eating for the rest of the day. Also, skinny does not mean beautiful, but I sympathize since that is what society has taught most girls to believe. I am so thankful I have a high metabolism and can eat the things that I do without gaining weight. I think this year I’ll actually try to follow through with going to the gym/eating better and leading an active and healthy lifestyle, not to be skinny, but just to be healthy and happy. I know a couple of girls who suffer from eating disorders and I hope all of you lovely ladies out there will get better. Stay strong.
